Construction Services LLC is into three business segments namely Power Utility projects, MEP services and Agency products. The core competence of CSL is in Design, Engineering and project co-ordination in HVAC systems, Data communications, Building Management systems, Fire fighting installations, Electrical substations installations, HV/EHV cable terminations etc.
1) Power Utility Projects
Substation-Turnkey Projects
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of indoor / outdoor Medium voltage substations equipments like Transformers, Ring Main Units, Switchgear, Generator sets, Underground cabling etc.
Cable terminations
Straight through joints and End termination of Underground cables of Low, Medium and Extra High Voltage levels
Preventive maintenance
Condition based preventive maintenance of substation equipments of voltage grade 11, 33 & 132 KV through thermo graphic approach to ascertain the health of the equipments in order to prevent breakdown
2) Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Services
For the building segment both residential and commercial we offer a design and engineering based turnkey solutions for Installation of Electrical, Plumbing, Air-conditioning, fire fighting and fire alarm and security systems including integration with a Building Management System
3) Trading of Agency Products
High Voltage underground cables of 33 KV, 132 KV, 220 KV ratings
Straight through joints and Cable terminations for 33 KV, 132 KV, 200 KV under Ground cables
Power transformers of 132 KV, 220 KV class up to 500 MVA ratings
Gas Insulated Switchgear of 132 KV class
Overhead line accessories for 132 KV, 220 kV class such as Silicon Rubber Suspension and tension insulators, Suspension clamps, Tension clamps, String fittings, Space dampers, Vibration recorder, Warning spheres
Aircraft warning lights for High rise buildings, Towers, Low and High intensity strobe lights, Wind socks, Masts etc
Lightning protection for Towers and high rise buildings
Explosion proof equipments for hazardous areas. Products include Junction boxes, Remote control units, Fluorescent and halogen lamps, cable glands, Local push buttons etc.
