Warehousing: All the products such as Hand Tools, Garage Equipments, Cleaning Solutions and Floor Care Equipments need to have in inventory at local level and for this reason; IMT maintains a reasonable amount stock of hand tools, equipments as well as spare parts so as to cater any kind of urgent need/ requirements of its clients.
After Sales Service:, It is well-known fact that the first deal is struck by sales team but the next orders are won by service. IMT takes pride in stating that a trained, qualified team of engineers & technicians are available full-time to maintain the supplied machines and equipments. IMT expertise in maintenance and service can be very much proved by an example of reconditioned machines for Vocational Training Centers (VTCs). It has successfully reconditioned 67 nos. of old machines damaged during cyclone and are working at various VTC locations across the country. The service team comprised of a dedicated manpower for cleaning solutions, garage equipments and industrial machinery, and posses a complete know how of CNC, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanics etc. |
